On Friday, October 12, 2024, we held our placement test at two engaging venues, one of which was the lively Jamat Khana, nestled in the heart of the Poli Khumri community. As participants streamed in, the air was thick with anticipation and energy. The vibrant surroundings buzzed with conversations and laughter, as eager candidates prepared to showcase their abilities in hopes of unlocking future opportunities. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the promise of potential and new beginnings.

The event thrived thanks to the presence of prominent leaders whose contributions were instrumental to its success. Among these influential figures were the Chairman of the North Region Council EPB, whose strategic vision shaped many of the proceedings, and the Chairperson of the Women's Portfolio, whose advocacy for women’s empowerment provided crucial insights and support. Additionally, Jamaluddin Azimi, the Director of FBL-Afghanistan, was present to oversee the activities, diligently ensuring that everything unfolded seamlessly. His keen attention to detail helped maintain an atmosphere of professionalism and efficiency throughout the event.

In a testament to the power of collaboration, Nawidullah Azimi, the dedicated project manager, played a pivotal role in orchestrating a harmonious effort among numerous council members. Each member brought unique expertise and unwavering enthusiasm to the table, enriching the project's overall vision. Their united participation was crucial in bolstering the FBL-Afghanistan team, who committed themselves to executing the program with diligence and care.
